Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.500. For orders below Rs.500, a flat fee of Rs.150/5km will be charged for shipping.
Delivery Time: We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. We aim to deliver your order within 3-15 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping Method: We use reliable and trusted courier partners for shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order on our website by logging in to your account.
Delivery Process: Our delivery personnel will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery personnel will make a maximum of two delivery attempts. If we are unable to deliver the product after two attempts, the product will be returned to us, and the customer will be charged a return fee of Rs.50.
Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is dispatched. However, once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.
