Warranty Coverage:Products that come with a warranty will be clearly marked on the product page. Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship, and the length of the warranty varies by product. If a defect arises during the warranty period, RajansPro will repair or replace the product at no charge.

Exclusions:Our warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or any damage caused by the customer. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by third-party repair or modification.

Warranty Claim Process:If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us at with your order number, the product in question, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem and determine the best course of action.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that the product is in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
